Taste & Aroma: slightly sweet & smoky

paprika + chicken + garlic
paprika + onion + grounded beef + mirepoix

We use a lot of smoked paprika, most of the time we tend to use it as a finishing. Garnish it over roasted potatoes, aioli or on soup. Personally, I love to garnish smoked paprika over my honey garlic aioli on top of a fried potato. However, too much smoke paprika can be super overpowering. In a sense that you feel that your dish just came out from the fire stove. So do not be too generous. A small and correct amount will definitely gives it an amazing finishing to the dish.
